Screenforce Days

Interactive Broadcast Quiz

Screenforce is the initiative of TV marketers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for television and moving images. Together, the 12 partners represent 95% of the TV advertising market in the DACH countries. Screenforce (until April 2015: Wirkstoff TV) focuses on research, marketing and communication for the TV and moving image genre.

2 high-performance servers from Gahrens+Battermann and 2 Vertex Suites (LichtUnit GmbH) were used to playout 3 channels (2x LED walls 1.8mm and 1x to live control room)
Almost 1TB of encoded data was played on demand ranging from 10 minutes to more than 1 hour for the different channels.
As a special feature: a 5x3 game matrix was programmed. The game could not only be controlled from FOH but also by the editorial team via a web interface.

Complete control of the event was realised via the Vertex integrated control view with direct access to 2 NDI inputs.
